The following Terms and
Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as
well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Shipping: We use UPS as our primary shipping company. You can get a shipping quote from our website by entering the product into the shopping cart and entering your state and ZIP code. You do not have to enter your credit card information in order to receive the shipping quote. If you need an item shipped by USPS or FedEx, please contact us prior to ordering. Firearms MUST ship to a Federal Firearms License holder. Credit card orders for parts and accessories will be shipped to the billing address. International Shipping: We do not ship outside of the United States or to APO addresses due to ITAR restrictions. Returns: - Any product, if unused / unopened, may be returned within 15 days from the order date (minus a 15% restocking fee). Certain circumstances for deployed military personnel may be considered. Any shipping or credit card fees are non-refundable. Any returned items must be unfired and in the exact condition in which it was shipped to your dealer. This includes boxes and accessories. - There are NO refunds on firearms that have been permanently modified for states with certain types of bans (welded stocks, welded muzzle brakes, bayonet lugs removed, etc). In addition, manufacturers will void the factory warranty when their product has been modified from it's original configuration. Please know all state, county and local laws before ordering. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges if the dealer they choose will not accept the firearm or refuses delivery. - All returned items must have an Returned Merchandise Authoriziation, which is provided by Henderson Defense Industries. - If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping charges.
